MY TERMS OF SERVICE

~ I am allowed to post all artwork made unless specifically asked not to before payment.~ All conversations and WIP(work in progress) files will be kept private between myself and the client.~ I have the right to refuse and cancel any commission or refund for any reason.
⋆˖⁺‧₊𓆩PERSONAL VS COMMERCIAL 𓆪₊‧⁺˖⋆
~ All my commissions are for personal use only, this includes profile pictures and banners, if you want to post them I must be given credit.~ None of my artwork is to be used in AI engines or used as NFTs.~ If you are interested in using my work commercially, there will be extra payments for rights of work completed.
⋆˖⁺‧₊𓆩PROCEDURE𓆪₊‧⁺˖⋆
~ Request via my VGen, Ko-Fi, Artistree, Commission Form or Discord with reference(s) and description(s).~ Before I begin work I require the full payment.~ After payment you will be sent a Trello link so you can check my queue.~ I will update throughout the commission to make sure you are happy with the work.~ You are allowed 5 revisions in the sketch stage, however only 3 will be allowed after I have finished sketching.
( Please keep your changes clear and concise, and let me know as soon as you discover something you want different, don't wait until the last revision before telling me something can be changed.)~ Once we are both happy with the finished artwork you will receive the PNG, JPG or TIFF file at your request.
⋆˖⁺‧₊𓆩PAYMENT𓆪₊‧⁺˖⋆
~ All transactions will be in AUD~ Requesting through my VGen requires you to pay through VGEN.~ Requesting through my Ko-Fi requires you to pay through KO-FI.~ Requesting through my Artistree requires you to pay through ARTISTREE.~ Requesting through my Commission Form or Discord requires you to pay through PAYPAL.
By paying for my work you are agreeing to all conditions of my TOS.
